WHO WE ARE
Tsourkan Knives was formed in 2008 with intention of manufacturing quality, hand-made kitchen knives and accessories. Our products are made in the US from high quality materials, and are expected to last lifetime. All of of the work is done in-house, we don't subcontract. We advocate sustainability and don't use materials from endangered perennial plants and animal species, like endangered tropical hardwoods and ivory of any kind.
